Frequently asked questions: Restaurant - Mailbox store

1. How to book? 

Please navigate to 'The Restaurant - Mailbox' page and our booking system is through OpenTable which is located at the top of the page. We also accept walk-ins, but recommend booking to secure a table. 

2. Do we do Halal Food?

All our chicken and beef is halal and offer many dishes. On our menu you can see all the dishes that are halal by looking for the halal symbol.

3. How too book the BirdCage Brunch?

This can be done by navigating to 'The Restaurant - Mailbox' page and scrolling down and filling out the enquiry form for BirdCage brunches. This then gets sent as an email to our enquiries email and a member of staff will book it all in for you.

4. How to book a large party booking?

We say a group of 8 or more guests is a large party, so please email enquiries@atthewoods.co.uk with your name, the date and time of booking and for how many guests. Then a member of staff will book all this in for you. We have a separate menu and require a pre-order of food for all large parties. A deposit is also required.

5. Are we step free? 

Yes, The Mailbox building itself has many lifts located throughout the building which allows step free access to Level 3, where we are located. We have a ground floor accessibility toilet for guests to use on site.
